1 tbsp. reduced-sodium worcestershire sauce
1 can (8 ounces) reduced-sodium tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
6 reduced-sodium hamburger buns, split and toasted

- Coat a 10" no-stick skillet with no-stick spray and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add the onions, green peppers, carrots, and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the beef.
